Boys often make images out of turnips. They get a turnip in the shape of a head. Then they scoop it out Before that, they cut it through the middle.
When they have it scooped they cut out eyes and mouth and put a short candle inside it. They cover their heads with a big wide cloth and they hold the turnip in their arms. Then they light the candle.
