    One night the Holy Family shares a cave with some gypsy folk. The chief's wife was very kind to Our Lady and took a great interest in the Holy Child. She fetched water and j set a tub down by the fire for the Baby's bath,and our holy Mother undressed the little Jesus and bathed Him and the gypsy woman watched. And presently great tears rose to her eyes and rolled down her cheeks. Our Lady was distressed and inquired the cause.So the woman went to a dark corner of the cave and fetched her own child, a little boy of about the same age as Jesus, But the child was covered with leprosy!
