  1. Once upon a time there lived a man who was very fond of drink. One night as he was going home along a railway line & was drunk as usual. He saw a milestone with the figures 108 miles from Dublin engraved on it.
    "Well" says he to himself "this must be a headstone over some poor creature like myself but how as ever. May the Lord have mercy on his poor soul & keep his bones from crumbling. He was killed by the train when he was stumbling & he died at the age of 108 and his name was "Miles from Dublin"
