  1. "Candles"
    The candles are easily made. First you get rushes and peel the green skin off the rushes. Then you fry grease and dip the rushes in it. When you have the rushes brown you may take them up. When you have them taken up you get something to leave them on to cool and dry.
    When they are dry you could light them. All the old people round the place used make them.
