  1. Frocken Sunday falls on the third Sunday of July, and all the children go out with baskets, to the woods, to gather frockens. All children love them.
    St. Swithin's day is the fifteenth of July, and people say, if it rains on that day it will rain for forty days.
    The first Monday of the year, is called Hansel Monday, and if a person gets money on that day he will be getting money all the year.
    Shrove Tuesday is always the day before Ash Wednesday. In every house pancakes are eaten on that day, and
