- Rory O' Moore was a brave hero. He lived at Dunamaise Castle. It was the strongest castle in Ireland at one time. When ever he was defeated in battle he used to escape to his strong castle to safety. He was a brave and clever general. He was a tall thin man. Over the door of his castle he had a watchman and when anyone came to rob the castle the watchman used to pour boiling tar on top of him and scald him to death.
