    with a black spot on his forehead, and the person that is looking for the treasure has to hit him on the forehead with the three balls and kill him. If the person does not do so the horse will kill him.
    (2) On and Island on Lough End beside Keadue, lies a crock of gold. It has to be dreamt of three times and three men must go to find it. One of them will be killed. There also have to be three black mares without one white hair in them and that never had a foal, at the spot when the treasure is being found. When the bell rings in the local Protestant church they have to start looking for the treasure and if there is a white hair in any of the horses the treasure will not be found.
