- The local landlord that collected the rent for this locality lives in Dromahair. His name was Mr. Neville, and the agent's name was Mr. George Heuston of the same place.
None of his sons ever became landlords after him, because they were killed in the European war (from 1914 to 1918).
He was supposed to be a fairly good landlord, but any one who did not pay the rent was evicted and had to emigrate to America. He was born in Tyrone and his father died when he was very young. He became landlord when he was just over twenty years of age. At this time the land was divided into portions under his guidance.
