    in time gone by. One of the most remarkable of these was the case of a crippled girl who visited the well. After performing the Station and using some of the water she was able to leave her crutches after her and walk perfectly.
    It is customary for those who visit the Well to bring some pious objects with them, such as beads, medals, badges, crucifixes, and leave them there.
