Away out in the country where my grandfather lives is a little round patch of land surrounded by a wall about nine feet high. In the center of this little patch there is a cave down deep in the ground covered on top by a huge flat stone like a cement floor. My grandfather has often tried to life the stone but he has never succeeded. He tells that there is a wonderful treasure in the cave. His grandfather told him that in the time of Cromwell, when the priests were hunted from their Churches they carried away with them most of their golden vessels and hid them in this cave. There they remain as nobody has entered the cave since.
