a cream cheese from the dairy-man "Now" said Jack "I must put this on my head." It was a sunny day and what with the heat of the sun and the heat of Jack's head poor Jack was soon a miserable sight, with melted cheese running down his face, and into his cars and eyes and blinding him.
Jack was a woeful sight when he appeared before his mother. "Oh! dear, dear, that boy has broken my heart" said she. At last she decided that it was better for herself to go out and work and leave him at home or else they would starve.
