Got from: Rosie Kearns. Druminardly Ruskey, Dromod - The landlord over Augha was Martin he was also over Drummingmore and Knockhall. The family owned it for one hundred years. He was severe to the people who did not pay him the rent. The people who were evicted went to America and more went to Scotland. The landlords family did not own it at first, he only took a lease of the land and built houses on it and the other man was not able to pay for it so he kept it himself. When he came here he used to make the people cut his turf or else he would evict them. He died ten or twelve years ago. His sister is still alive and living in Kilglass. They were Protestant's. His sister is writing a book now it is 'Memories of Kilglass'
