Birdbaskets are four-sided baskets coming to a point on top. There are about square at the ground by a twig.
The bird to be caught perches on this twig. Its weigh beings down the basket with the bird inside.
Of course the basket must be baited first. - Rabbit Snares: Rabbits have become so numerous lately that some farmers cannot plant wheat on account of them.
To catch them snares are made. Making a snare is very simple. In order to make a good snare four strands of copper wire are necessary.
