    dozen big potatoes were got and washed[?] very clean. Then they used get a [?] box and take out the bottom and open the tin and put holes in it with a nail. Then got a dish and put this grater over it and then got a potato and started grating and as fast as you would grate it would fall into the dish. Then when they had all the potatoes grated it was put into a cloth and squeezed to take the water out[?] of it. Then a grain of flour was shaken [?] it then it was mixed up with a grain of salt and then it was baked[?]
