- Long ago all the people of the village used to gather together in one house to play cards. In the village there was a man named Coyne who was very fond of cardplaying. If he had luck with the cards he was always in good humour but if he had not he used to say that the rest of the players were not playing fair. Wherever he would be playing cards they would always stay until it would be late.
One night the men played as usual. Coyne was among them and was winning every game. It came to twelve o'clock but still they did not stop playing. However at 1 o'clock a strange thing(continues on next page)- Collector
