- The following signs are weather lore. We are going to have rain when the wind blows Southwest or when the weather is close. When the wind is blowing north we are going to have frost or snow.
When we are going to have rain the birds fly low, when they fly up and down we are going to have wind and when they fly high we are going to have fine weather. When we are going to have rain the animals are out eating grass early and when we are going to have fine weather they are not out eating early. When the sky is clear and the moon is shining bright we usually have frost.- Collector
