    hole in the latter and acting as a spindle. the wheat was then poured in through the hole in the top stone, which was revolved by the handle. The flour then came out at the sided and fell on the sheet.
    This flour was sometimes mixed with milk and sugar and this mixture was called 'reboon'
    Before being ground the wheat was well dried.
