    out of his house the man related to him all he had seen. The priest told him that the woman he saw was called the Red Witch because by her wiles she could lure into her trap anyone passing by between 12 and 1 o'clock. She could not use any of her magic charms before or after this hour and this was the reason she had not tried to tempt him when he was on his way to the priest's shack. The priest then gave him a bottle of holy water and told him to throw it around him when he saw the woman again.
