  1. This old craft was once in existence in a house Castle View Mallow. This house is at present occupied by a Mr. Hurley. The nails were handmade and it is said that Mr. Nolan, the nailer often made a hundred nails per day.
    This industry was also carried on by Jones Bros. Bridge Street a short distance from the aforesaid site. There is now no trace of these industries.
