    of Prayer.
    The site of the former well is still to be seen in the same conditions as it was centuries ago unchanged by wars and floods of the ages. It is left as a proof of God's Providence even in this remote district and also as a proof to those who might doubt the truth of the narrative.
    A portion of St Lachdeen's hand from the elbow to fingers is still preserved int he Dublin Museum in a bronze case and is called "The Brazen Hand of Donoughmore".
