  2. A crock of gold is hidden in one of Michael Magnier's fields in Ballyvesteen, Kildorrery, Co. Cork. Attempts were made by Paddy Collins, Michael Walsh, Thomas Fenton, and Michael Magnier to find it but when they came to the spot they became afraid. They made a second attempt, but Mrs. Magnier stopped them. The last attempt was made about two years ago. Three weazels guard the treasure. Lights have never been seen where the treasure
