- There is field on our farm near the house in Lisnabrin, called the "Lis field" because there is a lis in it. The old people tell us that if it were dug deep passages would be found under the ground. There are also humps and hollows and rocks of stones in the same field. There is also a field called the "bán mór" because it is the biggest field on the farm and it is beside my house. There is also a field called the "quarry field' because there were stones quarried in it long ago. It is thought that these stones were used to build the Glengoura Chapel.
