    When the peacocks cry and ducks quack loudly, rain is at hand.
    When seagulls fly inland it is a sign of stormy weather.
    If swallows fly low it is a sign of rain, but when they fly high it is a sign of clear weather.
    When the distant hills look nigh or the dust flies on the roadside, bad weather is coming. When the smoke rises straight from the chimney it is a good sign but when it is wafted about it is a sign of rain.
