road, they met a very old man and they told him about the strange train. But he shook his head and said 'Oh that is old Joe and his gang
    He travels the track
With his sack on his back,
When the light of the moon is seen.
    Oh, he haunts the station,
    He haunts the hills
And the land that lies between.
They asked him what was the meaning of all this gibberish. Then he told them that that was a meeting place of the Fenians long ago. But one night they were all killed and ever since their leader haunts the country all round.
