- I have a churn at home. It is four feet tall. The top and the bottom are two feet wide. The sides are round. It is six years old. The different parts are called the handle the barrel the cover and the stand. There is a glass on top of the churn.
The butter is made twice a week in Summer and once a week in Winter.
A woman comes to do the churning for us. Strangers who come in during the churning help. The butter takes ten minutes in summer and a half-hour in winter. It is done by hand.
