    The names of our horses are Dolly and Rossie and the name of the dog is Spot. When we put him after rabbits we say, "Hurraboys Hurraboys." Straw is the usual bedding put under the cows and calves in my locality. They tie the cows with chains on in bails but they do not tie the calves. Long ago when the people were making cakes they gathered cow-dund and put it on top of the bastible cover. They called this Burtháin.
