- Local Stories.A Priest in the neighbourhood about eighty years ago, addressed a young man at night and offered to take him up with him on horseback. The youth agreed and the Priest drove on the the chapel alone. The youth found to his amazement that the Chapel was lit up with candles in readiness for Mass, and he was asked by the Priest to answer same.Mary B. Sheahan.
