  1. A poem made by a servant girl who was in service in the house of Mr Thomas Moran, Parkanna.
    I
Farewell sweet parkanna your woodland and bowers.
It is there I have spent a few pleasant hours.
Roaming with comrades some pleasure to gain,
And the sweet hours we spent on the road to the lane.
    II
It is many an evening as the sun sank to rest
We turned out faces always to the West
Thinking of those days would I ever remain
And the sweet pleasant hours on the road to the Lane.
