    unlucky for marriage, also Monday and Friday. Long ago the people used throw rice at the married couple coming out the Church-yard after the marriage for luck to them. As the people to be married are leaving the home their people throw an old shoe after them for luck.
    About a century ago stock was given as fortune. A century ago also the couple were married in the bride's house during the night and the feast was held after the marriage.
    They would go home about one o'clock in the night. Nowadays some of parties have breakfast at the bride's home, others have breakfast in Limerick.
    Any place a wedding feast was held at the home.
