    5. Rheumatism,
    When people were afflicted with rheumatism they dug up the root ofthe yarrow boiled it in water and drank it.
    6 Stomach-ache,
    A Stomach-ache was cured by drinking water in which the leaves of the dandelion had been boiled.
    7 Warts,
    Warts were cured by burying a piece of meat in manure. It was supposed that whilst the meat was rotting the warts would be vanishing.
    8 Lasserline
    Lassarline is a remedy for festered cuts and whitlows. When picked it is laid on a cloth and poulticed to the cut or fester.
