    and he was rattling the doors so the people of the house got up and they found the man. They sent for the guards and they sentenced him to jail. The man put his hand in his pocket and found a letter that a man in Tournafulla gave him to post it in Rathkeale to a man in Dublin.
    He was crossing the house where the letter was going to. And he asked the Guards could he he go into the house to give them the letter and the guards said he could. He put his hand in his pocket to get the letter, he found the cap and he put it on him and he said "away with me." He caught a foxy guard by the hair of the head and he was striking him against telegraph poles and chimneys. When he landed in Tournafulla village he had only the fist of the guard's hair which he had caught when he was leaving Dublin.
