    1. To cure ringworm write your name with ink and a gose's quill three times around it.
    2. To cure a baby's chest dip blue paper in whiskey and this will cure it by rubbing it to the bare chest.
    3. Three meals of nettles eaten during the month of May will keep you from getting measles.
    4. Soap and sugar mixed will draw boils.
    5. Stale urine cures itch and mange in horses and dogs
    6. To put nettles under the sheet in the bed will cure Rheumatism.
    7. A cow milked before dawn and worms dug before dawn and boiled in that milk, drank for nine mornings will cure Jaundice.
    8. To cure a cough boil an onion in new milk and drink it
    9. When a calf has the gripe make the Snaidhim na Péiste over him nine times this will cure him.
