  1. The games we play are Ludo, Steeple Chase, Draughts, Snakes-and-ladders, Table-tennis, Hide-and-seek, Ghost in the garden In and out the windows and Colours.
    At school during recreation we play colours. All the girls line up There are three girls picked out, one for an angel, one for a devil, and one to whisper colours to the others. The angel comes along and says “Tick tack two” She calls a colour if any girl has that colour she goes to the angels side Then the devil calls and so on. The one who guesses the most right colours wins the game.
    The indoor game I like best is “Table-tennis" sometimes called ping-pong, a name it acquired from the sound of the balls in play. This a game which two can play.
    Starting off the players toss for first hand It often happens that one player would hold the ball until he would go as far as fifty or sixty, sixty three aces been the score, and then miss That would mean he would have to start over again
