shepherd's delight.

sailor's warning".2. When there's a ring or circle
(halo) round the moon it is the
sign of rain.3. When the moon is on her back
sign of rain.4. When the moon has points you
could hang a coat on, it is a sign
of fine weather.5. When the stars are glittering it is
the sign of frost.6. When the stars are dim it is a
sign we are near rain.7. When the clouds are moving fast
across the sky it is a sign of rain.8. When the clouds are dark and
lowering it is a sign of rain.9. If there's wool packs in the sky
