    There is a field in Mr Fahy's land (Ardrahin) called the field of the dead because there was a graveyard there long ago.
    There is a field near the More Abbey called the More Abbey Field because it belongs to the More Abbey.
    There is another field beside the More Abbey called the Stray Field because if you were going a short cut there by night you would be put astray. There is afield in Mr. Casey's land (Lissard) called the Boot Field because it is shaped like a boot.
    There is a rock on the Black Hill called the Rock of the Mass because Mass used to be said on it long ago.
