    September, 1880, being guilty as principal of a crime punishable by law, that is to say:- Wrongfully and without legal authority intimidating divers persons with a view to compel them to abstain from doing a certain act which they had a legal right to do, namely, to pay rents lawfully due by them, committed in the aforesaid Prescribed District, and being an act of intimidation, and tending to interfere with the maintenance of Law and Order.
    And this is to command you to whom the WARRANT is addressed to arrest the said William Condon in any part of Ireland and lodge him in Her Majesty's Prison at Kilmainham there to be
