    One time a man named John Clifford a native of Kilglass built a house on a Fairy Passway and went to live in it with his family.
    Every night a light footstep was heard on the stairs about 12 o'clock. It went up and down stairs then to the kitchen where the fire machine used be heard in motion
    One night the man of the house took courage, went down to the kitchen
