    the land ready for sowing of the potatoes. Some of the farmers sow more than others. About three weeks before - hand they start to plough it with an iroin plough, drawn by a pair of horses. When they have it ploughed they put manure on it so as to have a good. The farmers leave the manure on the land for about a week. Then they cut the potatoes that they are going to sow. The potatoes are sown in drills o special kind of plough with two boards is used to open the drills.
