    There was a family one time.

    priest. He went this day to the priest's house but the priest said he would give him no money for he said he had the devil's clothes on him. The poor man went straight to the gentleman's house, that gave him the clothes.
    He knocked at the door. The gentleman came and opened the door. He said "what's wanting", "I came back with the clothes you gave me for they are the devil's clothes," said the poor man.
    The gentleman said "who told you that." The man said the priest told him.
    The gentleman gave a big dinner and invited all the gentlemen of the place and the priest. They all came. There were not well sitting down to eat when the gentleman said to the priest, "who told you my father was in hell" He had the gun ready to shoot the priest, but the guests stopped him.
    The priest said "give me time and I will let you know that he
