    in halves. Take half of it & make the Sign of the Cross on the wart with it five times. Then bury the half crab in the ground & when it rots the wart will disappear.
    Cure for a scald on a beast's hoof.
    Find the mark of the hoof in the ground. Dig up the sod and throw it up on a whitethorn bush.
    When the sod rots away the beast will be cured
