    Maggie Drew told me that one night a man was playing cards in a house in Lismoyna with a lot of other men. All the rest of the men went home early and this man did not and when he was passing Bradshaw's cross he saw a woman all in white. She threw a ball of fire across the road. The man stood and took out his beads and walked past her and she threw three more balls of fire. Then she let a terrible schreech and disappeared. The man ran
