   One fair day in Clonmel there was a man in care of a horse and car and he got drunk. He was taken by the police and brought before the Mayor of Clonmel and the Mayor said to him "I must fine you seven and sixpence, it is dangerous for a man to be drunk in charge of a horse and car and seven and sixpence is the lowest I could fine you." Then when the man was going away from the Mayors office he caught his horse by the head and the man said to the horse "Rise up my old horse and do not disappear for you will be a horse when he will
