    In this district, we are fortunate to a certain extent in as much as if we are shrewd observers we might easily know the ways of the weather.

    watery appearance or a cold breeze blowing from the west, the weather is very broken. The theory that the cat with his tail turned to the fire indicates bad weather is also true. The reason being a cat always sits away from a breeze.
    A very popular Parish Priest some time ago said the usual prayers for fine weather after Mass on Sunday. On coming outside the Chapel he met an old local man. The Priest said
