Nobody would interfere with the place either. There are bushes growing there but they are never cut down and the stones are never taken away.
Enri Mac Eocaidh O.S. - A man whose name was John Clifford lived in Rossbog - a townland about one mile from the school - up to a couple of years ago. He used to make baskets, potato baskets and clothes baskets; calf baskets and any special kind required. He used to make some lovely fancy baskets too. He was married to one of the Callaghan who then lived on the opposite side of the school in a small house in Dromarka. He joined the English Army in 1912 and fought against the Germans in the Great Ward. When he was pensioned he came home and again started making baskets.
