    killed pigs,there was a family living in Kilnamona they intended to kill their first pig ,the woman of the house thought to be very smart ,and to save a lot of trouble filling the puddings .A couple of days before the pig was killed she fed her with oat meal onions,pepper and salt.When the pig was killed the woman of the house cut up the puddings in lengths and tied them at the ends and boiled them and then distributed them among the neighbours.
