Churning
Churning means making butter .In olden times the women worked Piseóga .May night ,they used to lock the dairy so that no one would bring the butter.
If a person goes into a house when when they are making butter that person should twist it a few times .They would not let you take a coal out of the fire because they would be afraid you would bring the butter. They would not give milk to a neighbour without shaking a grain of salt in it.- Collector
