  1. Once there was a man named Billyboy. He lived on the top of Knock na Muck at the back of our house. He used to kill alot of people and get away before he was caught. He hid the guns he had, in a hole in a kitchen wall.
    He used to hide them sometimes in the trough for the hen's food. There was a double bottom in it and he put the guns in the bottom of it.
    One day the guards went to his house to arrest him. When he saw them coming he hid himself. When the guards came to the house Billy-boy's mother came out. On being told what they wanted she said, it was no good arresting a foolish lad like that. The guards went off then and left him alone.
