- (continued from previous page)It was my brother and Peter Connor and John that found this fort. The field were the fort is, is near Mr. Boyle's house. Lights have never been seen where treasure is hidden. When this fort was opened there came thousands of people to see it. Buried gold or such treasure has never been found in this district. It is not known of any traditions. It is not known what these sacred vessels are worth. There is another path leading from this fort to another one about three hundred yards from this one. It was never explored. The same party discovered both forts. This story was given to me by my father.Nancy Ryan, 5th Class
