Fairy stories
Once upon a time there was a firl named Mary Marmane and she was going down Lioswadiebue belonging to Joseph Mc Dermott, Rampark. She went round and round the field and could not find her way out of it. At last she began to cry and (told) her mother that she saw a table with a candle-stick with three candles lighted on it. That girl only lived twelve months after that happened. There was once a man who could not find his way out of a field. In the middle of the field he took of his hat and coat and blessed himself. Then he put on his coat and walked and walked to the place and went home.
