Long ago there were people here who believed in fairies.

Long ago there were people here who believed in fairies. There is a place not far from our house called "The Awls" where people from Drybridge would come over to Waterunder. Sometimes they would stay late at night
I used to hear my Granny telling a story about a man that was going home one night and the fairies were playing football. This man went to kick the ball and a fairy ran under his legs and broke his leg and he was there till morning.
